Tasting Notes
It has a delicate restrained fragrance, with aromas of walnut, subtle fruit, nice smokiness, and some bitter almond. A spicy acidity dominates the palate, and it is extremely taut with a distinct Granny Smith apple flavour. It is very focused, even austere, and no doubt polarizes opinions.
