It is a wine made from the grape varieties Phoenix, Muscaris, Solaris, Hibernal from the region Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in Germany.
Perfumed on the nose with lavender and nutmeg. On the palate the wine has a cultured, fine mousse, discreetly ripe underpinnings with a firm acid backbone that keeps everything fresh and in balance.
