Impressive aroma of papaya, ripe gooseberry and freshly mown grass. A subtle smoky note. Melting substance on the palate, lively acidity, intensely spicy. Passion fruit juice and mango puree, paired with delicate minerality. Pleasantly full-bodied, with risotto with green asparagus and lardo.
