The rosé »Fumé« Rosé*** trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Stern has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Bright raspberry pink in the glass and delicately fragrant. Dried herbs, mint, thyme, bay leaf, rose petal, wild berries, rose hip. Juicy fruit nestles on the palate, carried by fine sweetness, finely chiseled acidity, subtle savouriness, accessible and all of a piece.
