Tasting Notes
Cherry and cherry liqueur on the nose, mineral spiced and discreetly wood-influenced. On the palate the tannin has a very fine grain, not smooth, but grippy and structured with a fine thread of acidity, lots of juiciness, smooth background. Beautifully balanced and elegant.
