Tasting from 21.11.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Pinot Gris dominates this finely tart cuvée in terms of percentage. Primarily pear on the nose, a little orange peel, fruit-oriented and uncomplicated. Smooth, seamless on the palate, again pear, lots of juice, but less piquancy than the (still) dry versions.
