Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Strawberry and raspberry, mirabelle, also strawberry cake with icing, fine spice, floral notes, tomato panicle. Filigree structure on the palate, which is dominated by the noticeable red berryish fruitiness, lots of ripe strawberry. The bright acidity holds up against it. Pairs well.
