The rosé Rosé feinherb, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Wey has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Moselle in Germany.
A pure Pinot Noir with a light salmon orange colour comes into the glass. Very delicate on the nose, some strawberry, light peach. Velvety on the palate, fine herbal notes, strawberry, distinct sweetness, cleanly made, should probably also work ice-cold.
