Tasting from 16.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Delicate, brilliant straw yellow. Open, elegant nose, slightly reminiscent of nougat and roasted hazelnut, with candied apricot, followed by juicy red apple. Opens with acidity and a slight texture, pleasant palate drive, juicy. Slightly drying on the palate, medium-long finish. Somewhat atypical for Sauvignon Blanc.
