A relatively deep colour. The aroma shows an initial opening with notes of baked apple, peach and a hint of black pepper. On the palate the wine is rather soft (and thus asparagus-friendly), despite the mild acidity it does not lack a certain grip, the aroma cover is good and has late harvest hints. A full-bodied, supple Müller that will serve its purpose well.
