The red cherry fruit on the nose is wrapped in a sense of earthiness that comes with a subtle smokiness. The light and fresh palate is smooth but has a lovely vein of freshness, alongside a hint of oakleaf that makes this feel rather autumnal. This will shine with any mushroom dish.
