Medium, brilliant yellow gold. Subtle nose of green stone fruit, almond cookies with lemon cream in the air. Plucky mousse, grippy structure with a salty note in the middle of the palate, delicate acidity. Spicy black bread in the aftertaste. Boisterous, still youthful with certain ageing potential. Spicy food wine.
