It is a wine made from the grape varieties Auxerrois, Pinot Gris, Riesling from the region Crémant d'Alsace in France.
Light yellow in colour with pale green reflections and a fine mousse. Pear, yellow fruit, crab apple, white flowers and delicate yeasty notes of biscuit and shortcrust pastry on the nose. Juicy, fruity and inviting on the palate, with a light body, invigorating mousse and moderately fresh acidity. A catchy crémant that is a pleasure to drink.
