Light salmon red. Restrained aroma with a light touch of raspberry. Agile acidity is overlaid by the sweetness. Restrained finish with a light red berry fruit aftertaste.

Light gold, aroma of ripe yellow fruit, underpinned by elderflower, peach with light citrus notes. Subtle mousse on the palate, mild acidity with a very vivid dosage. Some tart notes of herbs on the finish.
