Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent mousse. A rich bouquet on the nose with notes of Renette apple, pear, citrus peel and floral accents. Hints of dried fruit. Wide, creamy and aromatic on the palate. Slightly salty finish.
