Brilliant straw yellow with a fine-grained mousse. Inviting aroma of ripe peach, banana and some candied orange, with a fine herbal aroma and a hint of wet stone. Open-hearted on the palate, rich, ripe fruit and animating freshness, good tension, slightly salty on the finish.
