Brilliant straw yellow. Fine mousse. Ripe aromas on the nose with intense notes of blossom and elderberry, followed by ripe apple, fig and peach. Rich on the palate, with a good balance between sweetness and savoury notes. Fresh finish, carried by the pleasant creaminess of the mousse.
