Brilliant straw yellow colour. Fine, even and persistent mousse. Lively fruity notes of apple, pear, white melon and mountain peach on the nose. Wide and aromatic on the palate, with a pleasant salty trace that gives the wine additional complexity. Pleasant fruity finish.
