Bright straw yellow with a fine-grained mousse. Slightly restrained on the nose, reminiscent of ripe stone fruit, meadow flowers and roasted almonds, then slightly of elderflower. Lots of juice on the palate, accessible and fruity, pleasant finish with a hint of grapefruit.
