The ethereal and lifted notes of dried bay leaf ring with savouriness on the aromatic nose. The palate adds tender ut ripe red cherry and fills mouth and mind with gentle, ripe, aromatic fruit . There is exquisite lightness of touch but beautiful aromatic depth. There is length and subtle concentration, above all, there is aromatic purity.
