Sun-kissed ripe fruit on the nose, peach, apricots, mirabelle plums, honeydew melon, roasted hazelnut, caramel, subtle cream. Full-bodied on the palate, dense, creamy texture, well-integrated acidity with tension, salty minerality, wood savouriness, an excellent accompaniment to creamy pasta or roasted poultry.
