Medium brick red, beginning to mature at the edges. Nougat, sweet cherry, thyme and menthol on the nose. The palate shows a beautiful freshness, juicy, fine-grained tannins, mineral components and a completely harmonious, almost "European" structure in terms of proportions. Herbal and savoury with a light-hearted finish. This is a gastronomic Pinot.
