Tasting Notes
Only six barrels. Bright cherry red with a lightened brick-red rim. Raspberry, mint, coconut and caramel, becoming increasingly ethereal and savoury with air contact. The palate opens oily, rich, preparing the ground for a grainy, powerful load of tannins. The extract dominates the mid-palate and lingers homogeneously into the long finish, in which juiciness and a rather ripe acidity are interwoven with chalky-mineral components. Pinot at Grand Cru level.
