Dark ruby, deep colour core, violet tints, subtle bright rim. Fresh dark cherry fruit, inviting plums, a hint of orange zest, delicate herbal savouriness. Medium complexity, fine nougat, ripe cherries, discreet acidity, full-bodied and long , a powerful food match.
