Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

On the nose there are ripe fruit notes of blackberry, plum and raspberry. In addition, cherry and ethereal hints as well as some caramel notes are evident. A precise wine on the palate showing fine forest berry nuances, some cassis, a fine tannic and mineral finish.
