Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Fragrant and complex, rose petal, basil and mint, fresh ripe grape. Round and textured on the palate, no carbon dioxide, a texture like rock dust, restrained sweetness, ripe acidity that supports the stately body, a completely seamlessly round structure that seems almost dry. Pair with pies and terrines.
