Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 26.04.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Light orange in colour. The aroma is initially reminiscent of cherries from the glass, but it also integrates herbal and savoury aromas. In the mouth, the wine has substance and nerve, appears juicy and appetizingly unaffected with natural freshness and a comparatively dry balance. Good aromatic length. A Rotling that combines extract with lightness.
