Tasting Notes
Hints of hazelnut and dried corn husk play subtly on the nose. Underneath, with a bit more air, a touch of ripe Mirabelle plum appears. The slender palate comes with a beautiful roundness and textured smoothness that lends a creamy feel to the midpalate. All this is countered by a pure soprano-like note of freshness that sets a wonderful counterpoint to the creamy, smooth texture. That corn husk note returns on the long, dry fresh finish.
