Tasting from 19.03.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby with fine garnet shimmer. Opens with notes of moss and forest floor, fine liquorice, fresh, tree-ripe plum, lots of juicy cherry, in the background some clove. A lot of juicy cherry on the palate, fine-meshed tannin that opens smoothly, embedded in fine texture, very polished, juicy and long.
