Tasting from 01.06.2018: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Generous, intense, ripe bouquet with notes of pickled sour cherry, cocoa, blackberry and herbaceous-savoury hints. Fruity and spicy on the palate with aromas of cassis, finely integrated, polished tannin and slate on the long finish. Very balanced.
