Tasting Notes
Red berry fruit is immediately apparent and comes with a lovely overtone of truffle and the slightest edge of tar. The palate is pristine, bright, fresh, translucent but full-bodied – cranberry and redcurrant seem to be exquisitely ripe but come with delineated freshness, with air, the expression is of purest redcurrant jelly. The tannins are superfine, lending beauty and elegance. Redcurrant shines on the long finish.
