Tasting from 17.02.2021: Ulrich Sautter

A complex fragrance: floral, savoury, fresh stone fruit, but then also raisin, honey and curry-like spicy notes. The palate opens with fine sweetness and a dense, vertical structure, lively acid backbone, with intricate salty and tactile mineral notes on the finish. An individual wine which goes against the zeitgeist and which has great potential for ageing elegantly.
