Medium ruby with purple reflections and a broad, lighter rim. Aromas of cherry support the nose of delicate oak, spice, candied orange zest and a hint of dark chocolate. In the mouth it is juicy and elegant, with a fine structure, velvety tannins and flavours of berry confit, candied violet and a hint of nougat. Definite ageing potential.
