Pasta: Sardinian Style Penne with Tuna and Sardines

Ingredients (Serves 4)

onion, finely diced

Spaghetti

clove
garlic, peeled, finely chopped

tin
sardines fillets in olive oil
1
can
tuna (80g)
olive oil
salt
pepper
fresh rocket for garnish

penne pasta
- Sweat the onions and garlic cloves in olive oil. Add the diced tomatoes.
- Chop the sardine and tuna and add to the tomato sauce. Simmer the tomato sauce and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted boiling water, drain excess water and mix with the sauce.
- Arrange the Sardinian pasta and garnish with the fresh rocket.
