Ingredients (Serves 1)

ml
oat milk
3
tablespoon
porridge oats
1
apple, grated
1
handful
raisins
1
pinch
ground spice of your choice (cinnamon, allspice, turmeric); optional
50
g
reduced-sugar raspberry jam
5–10
walnuts, chopped

tablespoon
flaxseeds
5
fresh raspberries
1
pinch
salt
- Put the oat milk, porridge oats, grated apple and raisins in a pan set over a medium-high heat.
- Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer until the oats are tender and the texture is creamy, 5–8 minutes.
- Taste, add any of the ground spices of your choice (cinnamon, allspice or turmeric) and add salt.
- Allow the porridge to cool briefly, then spoon over the raspberry jam and sprinkle with the walnuts and flaxseeds. Top with the raspberries and serve.
