200 ml Oat drink
3 tablespoon(s) Oat flakes fine leaf
1 piece(s) Grated apple
10 piece(s) Raisins
1 pinch Salt
5 piece(s) Fresh raspberries
50 g Raspberry jam
Walnut kernels
1 tablespoon(s) Ground linseed
  • Bring the oat drink, oat flakes, grated apple, and raisins to a gentle boil, then simmer for about 8 minutes. Season with a pinch of salt, and add spices to taste—cinnamon, allspice, or a touch of turmeric all work beautifully.

  • Let the porridge cool slightly, then top with fresh raspberries, a dollop of raspberry jam, walnuts, and a sprinkle of linseed.
