Ein faszinierendes und köstliches Beispiel dieses klassischen Stils. Das phenolische Gewicht und der Trockenextrakt aus der Mazeration auf den Schalen in Lagaren, verleihen dem "orange" Wein die weiche Komplexität. Die Aromen sind komplex und erinnern an Kamille reife gelbe Birnen, gerösteten Mandeln, gebackenen Quitten und Wurstwaren. Viel zu schade, um ihn mit Tonic zu mischen. Servieren Sie ihn gekühlt als Aperitif oder mit kräftigem Käse als Alternative zu rotem Portwein.
