With its intense herbal aroma, the nose already suggests that this wine does not correspond to the Cabernet type as a fruit-driven cassis extract. The palate underscores this impression with a smooth but not heavy structure. The tannins have a slight piquancy, but are ripe and coat the palate with good homogeneity and length. A cool climate, really cool alternative.
