The fact that a change of staff in this beautiful bar with its gallery flair has not affected the quality shows how perfectly the "Bank" executes its role. Thanks to the wine and bar food (the legendary beef tartar!) there is a wonderful choice for residents and "walk-ins" at the courtyard, in addition to its signature cocktails.
