The menu features exciting and original creations, reinterpreted classic cocktails and homemade lemonades. Many of the ingredients used are produced by the bar team themselves.

Meet up for an aperitif after work at the Salut! Classic Bar in Schöneberg. The menu features classics from the 1920s and 1930s, as well as the bar's own first-class drink creations. Bar owner Dejan Spasovski attaches great importance to high-quality ingredients, some of which are produced on site.

Since October 2024, the St Petersburg sisters Vika and Sasha have been running the cocktail bar, which also offers young artists from Eastern Europe a venue for exhibitions and concerts. Kink serves great drinks in an impressive space with high ceilings and large works of art in Prenzlauer Berg. The cocktail creations include "Shiso Paloma" with tequila, shiso, grapefruit and almond milk or "Amer" with gin, LIME, gentian, botanical tonic, grapefruit oil and olive.
Ambitious bar with equally ambitious drinks made to its own recipes. Only a few handwritten cocktail recommendations can be found on the blackboard next to the bar. Otherwise, guests are asked about their preferences when ordering and then the dedicated crew turns them into real liquid surprises.
Tasty drinks are served at the long bar or in the cosy seating areas in the Hildegard Bar. The so-called "Poetry Drinks", which are inspired by personalities, are particularly fine, such as the "Bellini Fellini", a tribute to Federico Fellini made from port wine, peach puree and crémant.
Concrete meets contemporary furniture and modern art: Bar Peter's on the former Tacheles site in Mitte is a neighbourhood meeting place for fans of upmarket drinks culture. The menu includes classic cocktails such as the Pornstar Martini or Negroni, all prepared with a twist.
A little scruffy, a little nonchalant, but always bright in the head: unfortunately, the city is rarely as authentic as Berlin is in some places. TiER stands by its derangements, with old plush sofas, dim lighting and simply really good drinks - honest Neukölln.
