These sparkling wines were served at the Emmys
Franciacorta continues to shine as a sparkling star on the big stage of the Emmy Awards.
For the third time in a row, Franciacorta DOCG from Brescia was chosen as the official sparkling wine at the prestigious Primetime Emmy Awards. The 75th ceremony of the coveted television awards took place at the "Peacock Theater" in Los Angeles after being postponed for four months due to the Hollywood writers' and actors' strikes.
The beaming winners of the coveted Emmy statuette then celebrated their success at the exclusive "Governors Gala", an after-party reserved for the stars of the international television scene. The "Franciacorta Bar", in collaboration with the "Television Academy", was the perfect venue for this exclusive triumph. Guests enjoyed not only the fine wines, but also exquisite dishes from leading American celebrity chefs, including Jet Tilla, Sherry Yard, Rose & Warren Schwartz and Rachel Haggstrom.
Franciacorta DOCG from Brescia was also selected for all related events. From the "Emmy Golf Classics" to the "Creative Arts Emmy Awards", which recognize the technical and artistic merits of the categories working behind the scenes, "Franciacorta" has consistently shone on the big stage.
As a special guest, "Franciacorta" was able to welcome the talented American actor Hart Denton who is known not only for his role in the series "Riverdale", but also as an up-and-coming director. Denton, inspired by his summer sojourn, identified numerous locations in "Franciacorta" as ideal backdrops for a future film, an exciting prospect for the DOCG's presence in the heart of Hollywood.
Silvano Brescianini, President of the "Franciacorta" Consortium, expressed his enthusiasm for the continuation of this exclusive collaboration with the Emmy Awards. He emphasized that the Emmy Awards offer a unique opportunity to increase visibility and presence in the ever-growing American market.
