Adonis
A simple but effective cocktail that can be pre-mixed in batches if you’re having a party.

| 50 | ml | fino or amontillado sherry |
| 25 | ml | sweet red vermouth |
| 2 | pinch(es) | orange bitters |
- Stir the ingredients over ice then strain into small cocktail glasses. No garnish is needed but you can add a piece of orange peel if desired.
- If making for a larger group of people, multiply the above quantities by 10 and pour through a funnel into an empty wine bottle. Make sure it’s securely stoppered then chill in the fridge, giving it a final blast in the freezer for half an hour so you don’t have to stir it over ice before you serve.
