Mint in a Pool
Refreshing mint from the garden, combined with lime and verjus, rounds off the rich aroma of Veuve Clicquot Rich Champagne perfectly.

| 100 | ml | Veuve Clicquot Rich Champagne |
| 1/2 | lime | |
| 20 | ml | mint syrup (1:2 with white cane sugar) |
| 10 | leaves | mint |
| 40 | ml | vermouth |
| 30 | ml | verjus |
- Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
- The drink can be decorated with mint as desired and should be served on crushed ice.
