Summer Cocktail

The Pink Lake cocktail tastes fruity and refreshing – ideal for warm weather or when you wish to recreate that summery vibe.

Ingredients
30 ml Absolut Elyx vodka
20 ml Lillet rouge
20 ml pink grapefruit syrup
125 ml soda
125 ml lime juice (fresh)
bitter lemon (to taste)
  • Stir the ingredients well in a wine glass with ice.
  • Top up with bitter lemon to taste.
