Summer Cocktail

You can't beat a classic gin and tonic as a refreshing summer drink.

Ingredients
40 ml Boar gin
60 ml tonic water
ice cubes
mineral water
cucumber slice to garnish
  • Pour the gin into a balloon glass and add the tonic water.
  • Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes, stir carefully with a cocktail stick and top up with mineral water.
  • Garnish with cucumber slices.
