Tasting Notes

Tasting from 31.10.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Alexander Thürer

Gentle smoke, white pepper, some cooked agave, slightly earthy-vegetal notes and subtle fruit are lifted from the glass by alcoholic strength. Powerful, savoury and peppery on the palate. Agave and cold smoke emerge in the mid-palate, as does a subtle sweetness. The finish is warming, savoury, smoky and long-lasting.
