Tasting from 31.10.2025: Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Alexander Thürer

Distinctive, toasted oak tone, light fruit, agave, vanilla, nuances of pepper and fine herbs on the nose. Gently savoury on the palate, vanilla, fine sweetness, caramel, nut and a slight pepper spiciness are noticeable. The roasted agave becomes more prominent towards the finish, where it is accompanied by wood, sweetness and fruity notes.
