Diese Special Edition 2016 ist eine späte Ernte aus der Ginjal "A Matinha", die etwa zwei Jahre lang in gebrauchten Fässern für Likörweine gereift ist. Fruchtig mit kleinen Noten von mazerierten roten Früchten und einem Hauch von runder Schokolade, hat er einen langen, tiefen Abgang. Er passt gut zu kräftigen Käsesorten oder Klostersüßigkeiten, z.B. am Ende einer Mahlzeit. Er sollte in einem Ballonglas mit einer Temperatur von 18ºC serviert werden und etwa 10 Minuten vor dem Servieren atmen.
