Das einzigartige an diesem Zirbenschnaps? Gereift auf einer Meereshöhe von 825 Meter. Dies macht diesen Tropfen zu etwas ganz Besonderem.

Für den Ansatz wurde als Basis ein sehr hochwertiger und milder Vodka verwendet. Ausserdem wurden Kandiszucker und Nelken beigemischt. Die Filtrierung von einem Liter nimmt über 3 Stunden Arbeit in Anspruch.

Was dabei rauskommt? Ein 100% klarer, knallroter Zirbenschnaps mit sensationellem Geschmack und ohne "Flankerl".
