Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Fruity and wonderfully floral on the nose, with recognisable notes of rose petals, violets and bitter orange. Velvety on the palate with a vivid but balanced sweetness. Tart bitter orange and floral components dominate the palate. The finish is sweet and fruity-floral with a slight bitterness.
